作為中國最主要的即時通信軟件，微信在全球使用最多的社交平臺中排名第五。用戶還可以使用微信支付賬單。目前，微信支付的用戶量已經(jīng)超出Apple Pay。在中國，超過4000萬商家接受微信支付的付款方式。

WeChat, as China's top app for messaging, now ranks 5th in the world's most-used social platforms. Users can also use its features to process payments. WeChat Pay has more users than Apple Pay. In China, there are over 40 million stores that can process transactions through WeChat Pay.

6月28日，騰訊金融科技副總裁陳起儒在第十四屆夏季達沃斯論壇上表示，7月起，騰訊將陸續(xù)開放微信支付商戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)給Visa等國際信用卡或借機卡，方便境外用戶在中國境內(nèi)能以信用卡和借記卡綁定微信支付。

Wechat's operator Tencent plans to let foreign users link their credit card or debit cards issued by Visa and other major international operators from July 2023 - That's according to a statement made by Tencent's Fintech vice president at the end of June 2023.

一旦海外信用卡或借記卡與微信綁定，游客就可以在更多商家和服務(wù)中使用微信支付，包括購物、餐飲、酒店住宿、交通等，涵蓋中國生活的各個方面。但是個人轉(zhuǎn)賬、發(fā)紅包等功能無法使用。

Once overseas credit or debit cards are connected to WeChat, visitors will have access to a range of services, including shopping, dining, accommodation transportation and entertainment. However, the service is only available for transactions with registered merchants. Overseas card users can't use it for personal money transfers.
